This Is My Job, And I Love It!

I just love sampling out Jubilee Beauty Products, only to turn around a couple of weeks later and receive orders for more.  Women are really taking to this Jubilee Beauty Project!  And my Lavender Rose Shampoo and Conditioner are really big hits these days!  Perhaps it’s the fresh avocado I use to condition the hair and scalp.  The conditioner is still in the tweaking process, really but overall it’s looking good.  Just need to receive one key ingredient in this week’s shipment to achieve the consistency I’m seeking in it and we’re there.  

My next little adventure will be to dabble in making perfumes from the essential oils I’ve acquired over the duration of my Jubilee Beauty journey.  The perfume is for fun really, and probably will be up for sale on my Etsy Shop for a limited time, assuming I can come up with a lovely blend of fragrances to share.

I have to give props to my friends and family because without their testing and trials of all Jubilee Beauty Products, I would not be steadily leading the Jubilee Beauty Project to become the success it is destined to be.  The countless hours and supplies I’ve stood over the hot stove is beginning to really pay off.  I must say though that I’ve really enjoyed every bit of those countless hours over the hot stove creating these wonderful products to share with you.  Many times I had to remind myself to stop thinking like an amateur here and really get serious because I have been spending so much time having fun with all this.  You cannot imagine how many crafting projects I plowed through to finally find something I love doing and wish I could spend all my time doing!  But, alas, I too must work, at least until The Jubilee Beauty Project proves to be the success it is meant to be, and you all become believers as well!  At that time, I will dedicate every waking moment to The Jubilee Beauty Project and your beautiful skin!  I look forward to that day.

Living with Sensitive Skin

Since I can remember, I have had sensitive skin.  Always broken out, always red splotches on various spots of my body, always very itchy and bumpy from irritation.  Come to realize, it was partially due to all the horrible chemicals in the skin and hair care products I used that was causing the irritation and discomfort.  That realization changed my life for the better!  It led to the Jubilee Beauty Project - my goal of replacing all the harsh, cheap skin and hair care products in your bathroom with Jubilee Beauty Products.

Searching for All Natural Skin and Hair Care Products Specifically Formulated for Sensitive Skin

Amid all the sensitive skin formulated labels I have tried, none were working and none were ever affordable.  It never occurred to me to check the ingredients and try to pronounce some of the things I was applying to my skin and scalp.  Until recently.  Suddenly, I had a higher purpose!  I was going to create a brand of my own made with only pure and natural ingredients, no harsh chemicals, nothing with a twenty syllable name in it and I was going to do it now!

I did a lot of research on what ingredients I should focus on: what natural ingredients were most conditioning for my severely dry, sensitive skin as well as what will be beneficial to soothing my irritated scalp but offer my hair the luster we all desire.  And voila!  With my list of natural butters, oils and such in tow, I began searching for everything I needed to contrive my own skin and hair care beauty compounds.
